Yesterday, I started working out. I'm tired of all the BS I've put up with in the last couple of weeks and I decided I'm going to turn this negative energy/attitude into something productive.
I joined a fitness center and have ran the last two days. I ran a mile and a half both days and started to hit the weights as well. Tomorrow I plan on running and swimming for a couple of hours. I'm tired of women, I'm tired of school, I'm tired of feeling bad about myself and its time to start from scratch! Hopefully this works out as well as it did for LATINOSMASFINO! -------------------- ![]() |

oh yeah, stay away from the supplements and things like that. Your body get used to the artificial supplements and later on, will only want more of it and also won't take in and use natural supplements. So, just eat a lot of steak, deer meet, elk is highest in protein. Deer and elk meet have no fat. Lots of chicken for the creatine. and GREENS

Fish is probably the best stuff you can eat when you're lifting. Steak can get fatty. -------------------- Note to new members. Discussions such as the ones below are forbidden.
