Yesterday, I started working out. I'm tired of all the BS I've put up with in the last couple of weeks and I decided I'm going to turn this negative energy/attitude into something productive.
I joined a fitness center and have ran the last two days. I ran a mile and a half both days and started to hit the weights as well. Tomorrow I plan on running and swimming for a couple of hours. I'm tired of women, I'm tired of school, I'm tired of feeling bad about myself and its time to start from scratch! Hopefully this works out as well as it did for LATINOSMASFINO! -------------------- ![]() |

QUOTE(gh0st_d0g @ Feb 3, 2005 - 4:05 AM) a word of advice. do the research and find out what foods to eat, how many days a week to work out etc. a lot of people, myself included, jump headlong into it and waste a lot of time by over-training or not eating right and eventually get discouraged. save yourself the trouble, plan everything out and stick to it. Do as he said.. When I first started, I worked out hard and didnt eat right, and started feeling sick, from stressing my body to much and not eating right. but its also dif for every one. Keep in mind eating lots of protine for workin out and lifting weights. Also one of the biggist things for me. Do not skip days planned. As In If you have a day planned to work out, do not skipp it, then u might skip another and its a pain to get back in. I do that alot, Il be doing great then one day il skip it then another, then i stop eating right.. then 2 weeks later i feel like ****, and its hard to get back into the deali again. Good Luck |
