 I have Acne - HELP ASAP, Proactiv? HELP |

Alright, i have this proactiv stuff laying around, and, i decided to become a man and start using the "three step process." I noticed that i have this thing call "Refining Mask" Honestly, i would like to use it if it's going to help (it has sulfur in it, so it will, suppose to use two - three time a week, 10 min. a time). But, where in the three step process do i use this?

Tanning does help but then of course your skin ages so much faster
 I have an aunt that looks over ten years older then she is because she enjoyed tanning.Anyways for dealing with my acne I get face scrub usualy and thats about all I need. Haven't been using it the last few days because my skin has been peeling in layers from being dried out  monday was pretty bad people kept staring at my face.....
