Yesterday, I started working out. I'm tired of all the BS I've put up with in the last couple of weeks and I decided I'm going to turn this negative energy/attitude into something productive.
I joined a fitness center and have ran the last two days. I ran a mile and a half both days and started to hit the weights as well. Tomorrow I plan on running and swimming for a couple of hours. I'm tired of women, I'm tired of school, I'm tired of feeling bad about myself and its time to start from scratch! Hopefully this works out as well as it did for LATINOSMASFINO! -------------------- ![]() |

Well I stopped working out when I started working. Just too sore and tired (I get home at 10:45 and get up at 6 am) to work out. I eat less these days so while I may not be learn I stay at a healthy weight and I haven't been one to eat sugary stuff or drink soda since 9th grade. Only tip of advice I can give you is to do a routine you can handle. If you do too much like they said you will eventualy burn yourself out and give up.
