Yesterday, I started working out. I'm tired of all the BS I've put up with in the last couple of weeks and I decided I'm going to turn this negative energy/attitude into something productive.

I joined a fitness center and have ran the last two days. I ran a mile and a half both days and started to hit the weights as well. Tomorrow I plan on running and swimming for a couple of hours.

I'm tired of women, I'm tired of school, I'm tired of feeling bad about myself and its time to start from scratch!

Hopefully this works out as well as it did for LATINOSMASFINO!

ok well i think i should post heheh well first of all CONGRADULATIONS for the decision u just made...well wuts ur email man cause ill send u wut i think is the best workout diet plan,....like ghost dogo said u have to do reasearch but i have done it for u just read wut i will send u...too me a while to understand how the process works. i used to be over weight and trust me i tried EVERYTHINGGGGGGG 500 crunches every night pushups lol running miles everyday stupidity lol even ddid slim fast nothing relaly worked man im gonna tell u man ITS ALLLLLLLLLL DIET like 80% is all DIET man the rest is working out correctly follow my instructions this is how i looked like after i did slim fast and ran soo skinny and flabby i hated it was better off fat LOL http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v293/lat...no/IMG_2668.jpg

some basic tips for everyone ( using this i dropped from 179 to 162 and from 20% bodyfat to about 13%) u want to aim for 10-12% anything lower is relaly skinny and anything higher is chubby..

1. CUt down ur carbs no i dont mean do the low carb diet where u almost eliminate it from ur diet but u should make carbs only 30% of ur total intake protein should be 50% and fat 20%
2. EAT 5-6 times a day most of us eat like thsi = maybe breakfast (cereal and milk) then lunch then dinner or even just dinner...BAD VERY BAD reduces our metabolism..our stomach is like a buring fire u must feed it wood every so often to keep it buring if not u have to reignite the fire takes too long
3. NO SODA or JUICE of any kind.
4. LOTS OF WATER for a person of my weirght of 180 its about a gallon of water calculate ur amount using that scale
5 many people choose to eat strict and then pig out on one day i dont reccomend that i would rather have a treat everyday like half cup of low fat ice cream or a choclate piece soemthing like that
