 Electronics for your dream house, What legit electronics would you buy?? |

My rents are about to build their dream house on 5 acres of land. My mom already designed the floor plans and they are building me a pool house to live in over the summer.
Now they want some cool electronics and other cool gadgets in their house but they are pretty much behind the times. Now my question for you is: What gadgets would you put in your house, and keep it legit cause a personal midget doesnt count. I told them about the touch screen remote controllers that run everything in the house. But i have no clue what they are called and where to find them.
