Yesterday, I started working out. I'm tired of all the BS I've put up with in the last couple of weeks and I decided I'm going to turn this negative energy/attitude into something productive.
I joined a fitness center and have ran the last two days. I ran a mile and a half both days and started to hit the weights as well. Tomorrow I plan on running and swimming for a couple of hours. I'm tired of women, I'm tired of school, I'm tired of feeling bad about myself and its time to start from scratch! Know a good diet plan to follow for a week? Is chicken from KFC unhealthy? What do you suggest buying for lunch everyday from school?
1. Im eliminateing pop and juice, all milk and water..with water being 90% of what I drink. What else do you suggest? Im 145-150 lbs and 5'8...very skinny and scrawny and I wanna get in shape.. Im currently 16, almost 17 and just got my license, so Im looking for a nice fitness center to go to. Thanks |
