Better learn whatever Linux or OS distro IBM is using come 2006.

"IBM said Cell was 'OS neutral' and would support multiple operating systems."

That sentence contradicts itself. The mere idea that Microsoft would adapt its operating system to whatever architecture IBM is using is laughable.

"laughable" eh? They sure churned out a 64 bit version pretty quickly when the 64 bit processors came out. They'd be ignorant to not support this new chip architecture. All "hardcore" computer geeks will have this processor in there PC even if they have to run a different operating system... well... I would at least. smile.gif
