I like them because the look like the stock face. Im not really into the whole white faces. Im courious to c if anyone has these (link below) and if so what they look like when illuminated. There are samples pix on the site but only of other car type gauges.

i got my power for my gages from the dimmer switch.....if you connect to the right one...you have a constant 12v like it needs...but if you dont....you connect to power after the dimmers resistance and dont get 12v.....i bought a manual from autozone and found out which wire it was and it works great
the dimmer is so close to the gages....seemed like the easiest way to get the power to me This post has been edited by stormtrupr: Feb 9, 2005 - 11:10 AM |

QUOTE(stormtrupr @ Feb 9, 2005 - 10:09 AM) i got my power for my gages from the dimmer switch.....if you connect to the right one...you have a constant 12v like it needs...but if you dont....you connect to power after the dimmers resistance and dont get 12v.....i bought a manual from autozone and found out which wire it was and it works great the dimmer is so close to the gages....seemed like the easiest way to get the power to me I did the interior fuse box and ran the hot off the tail light fuse. This is its a constant 12v as soon as I turn on my parking/head lights and I dont have to worry about the dimmer switch. For ground.... well hell... have the stuff behind the steering wheel is metal grounded, so just touch anything. -Ti |
