My engine has over 200K on it and I am going to do a rebuild soon. I ahve a few questions about what I should do. I would like to eventually add a turbo so Im not sure what to actually buy. What kind of rods, pistons, etc... for the best compression. I know that a lower comp is better for boost, but If it takes me a while to add a turbo, will the lower comp be more of a hassle until I add the turbo?

Also, what is the talk of a 3 angle valve job on the head? I have an idea, but Im not exactly sure.

Then theres this link of a rebuild kit Kit Is this a good thing to get?

I have looked this stuff up, but I'm still in the learning stage of going about a turbo set-up. I have read it all on this site and I'm just looking for more helpful information about the engine rebuilding

If you are going to drop the comp. then you will lose power. So if you are going to wait a while then you might want to think about this. Also if you aren't going over about 7-9 pounds of boost then you can still run stock comp. You just need to get stronger pistons so that they don't wear out sooner. Other then that go with a re-build kit from toyota or find a company that can help you out with making your own re-build kit.
