I just found out today that i have a extra pair of ribs connected to my extra vertebrae.
I've also had dual knee surgery (as in both at the same time) Lateral release, miniscus repair, and pliqua removal. --------------------  The most important lesson I learned from Karate-Dō Kyōshan – “You can not be what you do not believe you are” |

Separated BOTH shoulders:
twice in the right 3 times in the left It makes it very difficult to work out the upper body. It can hurt really really bad at times. --------------------  |
