Lately I been feeling pretty zombie-ish, totally just without energy. So I'm thinking an energy drink in the morning might help. The obvious one, Red Bull, is the only one I know, what are some recommendations?

i heard that an apple gives you more energy in the morning than a cup of coffee, and the energy lasts longer without a crash
