 TWM Shifter hits the dash, My hand hurts |

Ok i just bought and TWM shifter and installed it last night it feels great but when shifting into 1st, 3rd, and 5th my fingers hit the dash unless i hold the shiftknob just at the sides did i do something wrong or what? i didn't use the round plate that came with it because i couldnt find a place for it and it works with out it. any help would be nice and thanks in advance

hmmmm you just have really fat hands
but then again my hands are big but skinny so thats a "just you" type of issue i'm fine with mine clearance is good i even had switches right there that stuck outta the dash .5-1" and was still fine |
