 5SFE - Swapping Injectors, remove valve cover or intake? |

I'll be swapping my injectors pretty soon, so been following up on some research.
Question is: 'Can I get to my injectors without removing the valve cover or intake?' Eventhough I can see the injector wires it doesn't seem like I could, since there isn't a whole lot of room. BOTH the 'Haynes Manual (Celica)' and the BGB (MR2) indicate that the rail can be lifted behind everything. you dont have to take of valve cover, but you may need to move around the harness and what not.
