Well I finally took the turbo off, for many different reasons. One is that I feel my engine is about done. I still have my Vortec Fuel Presure Reg, and 255lph Fuel pump installed. So I don't know if the engine has taken a dump, or I need to change some things to get the NA setup to function properly. So here goes:

Idle: ~1000rpms ~-18 VAC

If I tap on the accel, rpms will drop to 300-400. Then back up to 1k.

If I accel bringing the VAC between -5 to 0 (Full throttle), I have NO POWER.

I can get most power when the VAC is between -10 to -5.

While crusing, if I barely hold down the accel (giving it little gas) it will shake pretty hard.

She smokes a little bit, and there is a slight burning smell.

fixed-Oh yeah, and on the way back from the exhaust shop this morning (to get my new header to match up with my exhaust) I had about ~1/2 oz Oil in Catch Can after 10mi-fixed

So theres a list of things off the top of my head. The engine is still under warranty, so was planning to bring it in for a swap or fix...but wasn't sure if it might be something else.

Wow.. wow..

Yes, a lot of overfueling. Why on earth did you unplug the air fuel ratio controller? It could care less if you're using a turbo or not, it just adds fuel based on how much air you're getting- or SUBTRACTS fuel when you're getting too much- the stock ECU doesn't count on your pump and FPR.
