 horrible neighbors, any suggestions? |

ahhh!!!! My neighbors are horrible! I live on the ground floor, they are on the second. The vacume early in the morning, play loud (bad) music early also. Right now it sounds like they are break dancing up there. Anyone got any suggestions how to handle it?

I had terrible neibors too, very ignorant people, i suggest you tell them to shut up, if they dont, **** with them back...........
