So. Today.. it was raining outside really badly. I was on my way home from school. I come to a light and am forced to slow down because of an ambulance. So I slow down and come to a complete stop. Next thing I know, a girl slams into the back of me. REALLY hard. So hard that it slammed the glove compartment open and all the stuff in it went flying everywhere. I was thinking to myself, "oh my god.. do I even want to get out and look at the damage to my car.." so I get the girl I take home to tell the girl behind me to pull over so we can talk and look at the damage. So we pull over.. and at this point I'm crying because I'm so freaked out. I get out and slowly walk around to the back..
And all that was there was a few scratches and paint from the car that hit me. I was relieved and surprised. She hit me HARD. I will take pictures and post them. I am in amazement that it wasn't that serious. Her car is f'd up though. I guess I was lucky. I am sore as hell though. So that sucks. -------------------- |

QUOTE(madmods @ Mar 16, 2005 - 7:44 PM) My advice, is get an injury lawyer. Sometimes it takes days for new pain to come popping up. Car can be damaged alot more then what shows to the eye. Get it professinally looked at. I'm flying down there to personally deal with this case......if John lets me Well, I don't want to bring a lawyer into this. A lawyer costs money and the money that I have will be going to my car (I hope) and school. If the pain does get worse or doesn't go away, I do plan on seeing a doctor. And as far as I can see, I highly doubt there is more damage than what I can tell. My dad looked at it and didn't see anything wrong. But as I said before, I have a few surprises and those scratches (and whatever else) won't be visible in the next few months. John and I are over. Yeah.. -------------------- |
