First Oil change for my GT-4, Which oil do you recommend?? Options

Gys next Saturday i will replace my oil and its the 1st time i`m replacing the oil since i bought my JDM GT-4,
Which synthetic oil do you recommend?

Ok, on which turbo cars would you NOT put synthetic in, becuase I have never heard of not using a synthetic oil on a forced induction vehicle. So, please list any cars, and I would be more than happy to check it out and then agree with you if you are right.
