LOL ahahahha, its so fake, no one would react like that theyed scream and the pain would be massice, pluss the loss of movement to his hole arm, plus it would be a gusher. (not one drop, smells like bs)

The closest thing I can compare that to is when I stepped on a nail. Didn't bleed until after I took the nail out and even then it wasn't anything but a slow drip. It'd only gush if you hit a major vein/artery. As far as range of motion he wasn't really moving anything below that area very much, if at all. Not everyone screams when they get stabbed/shot/cut/broken bones, most of the time your body is in shock. No less funny however.
