hey is there any good front brake rotor out there for our celica st ?????

Shin, its actually physically impossible for you to get better braking power out of them; they're surface space is reduced too much by the slots and the holes- now if you replaced the pads, or your old rotors were going out.. then you might feel a difference; but a stock rotor vs cross and drilled, stock rotor would win.
