Sup guys. I got a new shift knob for christmas and its kinda tall itself and then to add that to the shifter it kinda big. Bigger then i want it at least. I was wondering if i can just cut the metal on the shifter. The new shifter came with these inserts to make it universal. aight thanks for the advice guys peace.

Ya cause i really dont feel like spendin the money on something that dumb. Where did u cut urs? Cause theres that bend in the stick. Did u cut it right above that? Thanks for the advice -John

Thanks for the advice -John [right][snapback]262010[/snapback][/right] dosen't sound dumb to me.. that's like sticking an air filter on the stock tubing.. instead of buying a cold air intake.. may give you same look(sound) but not the same feel.. or desired performance.. short shifters are great... my friend got one for his car.. you can shift quicker.. and don't have to move as far.. sweet!!! not really that expensive.. but up to you.. just put in my two cents -Chris |
