you definitely need to up the injectors, that's not really optional.  if you stay under 5 psi, tho, an intercooler is optional.    and you don't have to get an electronic boost controller, you can get a manual one cheap.  if you get toys, that ups the price considerably.  and you DEF need an EGT gauge.  AFR gauges are not necessary at all, they just look cool.  i dunno what you mean by "air lines" either.  just an oil feed and an oil return.

i'm turboing the 7afe as well, i have all my stuff.  i think a necessary part of the project is learning what you need.  if i just gave you a list of "buy greddy blah this, and HKS blah that" that defeats the purpose of a "custom" kit.  also, if you are like me, and installing it yourself, if you can't research to figure out what you need, then you really shouldn't be attempting the install.  good luck, and let me know if i can help you at all. smile.gif

I have a question Charlie!

Any particular reason why he doesn't need an AFR guage?

And if he doesn't, how can you determine proper fuel ratios under rpm&throttle loads.

Look forward to your answer.

oh wait, you are right, i misspoke. you need an AFR gauge if you don't have an AFC. i have a SAFC, which has the afr on it's display. good catch man, my bad.

also, as to an oil cooler, i addressed this in another thread as well... unless you are running crazy high boost, which you can't do on a 7afe, you won't need an oil cooler, and in fact, it can detract from your performance.
