Has anyone put an H.I.D. conversion kit on their ride, and if so was it hard to do?

charlie doesn't come here i don't think, but he's on celica.net, you should go over there and send him a PM, or just start a topic about it there. i'm sure it wouldn't be hard.  and i dunno if me and you are thinkin about the same things Tenchi, but catz makes an HID kit, and i believe they also make some other weird kit that is just plug in, but it's not an actual "HID" kit, it just intensifies the light a couple X. i forget the name of that kit though...oh well...g/l macavely.

Hey mynzeyes,

Yea they also make the CATZ Zeta. Which is a poor man's HID. I have this on my Civic and they look great! The light output is soooo much better than stock or any PIAA bulbs. They also have a 9006 kit for our Celicas.

As for the price of an HID, there was a group buy that had the CATZ 5000k HID for I think around $499. Also if someone bought them, they would receive free foglights also. You just have to search for the best prices.

does the zeta kit come in H1? cause i swapped over to the JDM projectors and that's what they use...i'm gonna run a search and all that and try to find out, but just wonderin if you know off-hand?

and pearlwhite..i'd be all about that if i didn't have the damn projectors and still used the 9006 bulbs.
