Imo, you will need to calculate the CR for a 7AF with 4A pistons, or any 7AG. Deck heights are quite a bit different from that of a 4AG, as is the chamber volume of the 7A head, if you're using that.
Just a quick thing I'm sure most have already thought about, but I figured I'd throw it in for anyone who might need it. *edit* I remember a few years back that Crower had some 7A rods in stock for around $650.
