Dillema...., Road conditions? Options

Ok,

I live in a rural area, and my car as some of you allready know is BLACK!, well black is very beautiful when "clean" which opposes a problem where on my road instead of salting every winter they sand it. Now that the snow is gone its like a sand box on my street. The crapy part is i live on a town line rd, between two towns and im not sure if or who i should contact about sweeping my street. They swept the street next to me but left ours to be dusty! Not to mention i spent 3hrs cleaning my car and now it looks like i went baha'ing through IRAQ!!! Ughhhh problems problems....Any ideas?
