first off, to inform everyone this is a general question reguarding car stereos, this is not celica specific...now i jus put a kenwood headunit in my 95 eclipse, however at first i couldn't get it working so i took it to best buy and the guy there said that my harness wasn't sending enough power to the headunit because the wire from the fuse box in the enigne bay was bad..err something like that, so he tapped into a different power source. so he did this and the headunitworks great now. well last night i go out for a drive and my gauges(rpm's and mph) dont work at all, all the other lights on the dash work...i checked the fuses and the appeared good, then i got to thinking that the guy at best power tapped into the power source for my gauges and now my headunit is drainning the power from them...im thinking this might be the case because the night before i had the cd player installed the gauges where working fine...so im thinking im gonna try driving around with the cd player off and seeing if this is the case, anything think that would work, or have any other idea what i should try??....thanks guys
-Jack
