I was searching on craigslist.org and i came across this post it's a free impreza, it has no title. what do they mean by no "title"? http://www.craigslist.org/sfo/eby/bar/10411019.html |

it means that you will have to re enter the vin into the system and pay YEARS WORTH of registration on the car
