Underbody Neon Kits, How much are these worth spending on?

I don't need etremely nice kits, but I do want them to show up real well at night. Does anyone have any suggestions on which brand of kit I should go with? Prices and descriptions would be most helpful. Also, are they pretty easy to install? Or is it worth it to take it somewhere and get it professionally done? Thanks for your imput!
