I need to run a power line directly from my battery to the interior. I am just wondering if you guys have any tips on where the best place is to drill a small hole in the firewall to run wire through.

If drilling isnt the best solution, then what did you guys do? Im planning on running two 8 gauge wires and thats it.

depends, you running a power for an amp, i ran 4 gauge to an amp, i drilled the hole, directly in front of the brake, but high enough not to get it caught when stepping on the pedals, so when you do make the hole just just under the brake master cylinder you can make the hole up to a 1/2 inch wide but 4 gauge, 3/4 will do, and always supply a grommet
