hey guys... i just got my flowmaster 50 in this weekend... it sounds really good and deep....
i felt a lil increase when accerating... and a lil more pull.. but all in all.. it sounds great!... the guy i took it to cut of the the exaust tip of the flowmaster and then welded on a custom tip for me... he also got some high temp black paint and painted the flowmaster... im happy... and i wouold recomened this.. its not as cosmetic as other mufflers... but im thinking it has a better performance boost than others too... |

Some mufflers have baffles in em (like flowmaster) that restricts exhaust flow but make it sound better. Then you have straight thro mufflers (i know my HKS is) where they sound a bit worse but flow better.
My .02 on having a straight thro: do it but run a resinator. You can get a dynomax resisnator w/ desired size -------------------- NASA/SCCA RX-7....currently under the knife
