and it IS a race thing sometimes...trust me. ive been black all my life.  what percentage of the usa is black? 12ish? u know what percentage of people that get pulled over are black? does it add up? nope. by the way...prisons are populated overwhelmingly by african americans....it dosent make sense...doing their job my natural black....a$$

Did you ever think there was a legitimate explaination for this. Maybe black people DO commit more crime than white people? As racist as that sounds it really isn't. Typically black people are more likely to be living in povery and more likely to take advantage of these conditions by dealing drugs in order to survive. This could be a reason for the over-representation of blacks in our correctional facility.

Now here's my response to that, of those 14 tickets I have been charged with maybe 5, most of the time the cop doesn't have any form of proof because he just guessed I was doing wrong, his guess cost me money, while he gets to take his patrol car and do every bit of 70 (35 zone) in front of my business around a blind corner and not even bother with the stop sign, not to mention that he had no sirens or lights on. Another one I get pulled over so the cop can get in front of me in traffic, the SOB turned his sirens on long enough for me to get out of the way then turned them off again, but if I didn't pull over he would have charged me with evasion. The best one was I got a ticket for wreckless driving and endangering lives, see the cop claimed I did a burnout in my Sierra but the problem was I was in a totally different area from where he claimed he seen it sitting in my truck with it off, I pulled his report for that day and it turned out the exact same time he give me the ticket he was dealing with an accident about a quarter mile down the road from where he pulled me, my guess is he was going to an accident and heard the tire squeal and seen me, this young guy in a vehicle that looked like it needed to be on a track, I told him if it had been me there wouldn't have been a squeal and there would have been enough smoke to fill the parking lot. I lost my license because of some stupid law change and they cut the points requirements almost in half, well I was at the very bottom of that half in points. I have done wrong but I have also been pulled for speeding at a stoplight, being young and not speeding (cops hate that one), accelerating up a hill, not slowing down quicker than the cop when entering a new speed zone (this one is good because the cop slowed down almost a half mile from the new zone), I did get an honest 70 in a 55 but the cop was in a blue Z28 that looked like an everyday vehicle and was revving and lighting his tires at a stoplight trying to get me to race, the list goes on and no these aren't what I was charged with but if you do enough b****ing in court they usually drop it or throw it out because they know as well as I do it's true.

You still don't deserve a license. Cops have every right to cut through stop lights. They do go to calls that they dont require emergency flashers for but it may require some urgency. I don't care what your past is nor do I care that you own a business. I have a friend in Iraq who is probably one of those people who does not deserve a license. Is this of any relevance? Nope. Any retard can own a business. You complain about 100 dollar tickets so apparently you are not too well off with your business. Apparently you also can't afford a lawyer on your funds, I've been charged with "Following too closely in automobile" for rear ending someone. Got that dropped. I also have been charged with "Unreasonable and Imprudent speed" and got amended to "Excessive noise by vehicle acceleration" I still to this day have no points off of my license except two for "Illegal window tint"

If you are going to try to use the "I'm a terrible driver" thing, try again. This stuff all happened 5 years ago. Then I realized to stop driving like a retard and haven't been pulled over since.

First off my business does very well that is why i'm sitting here fighting with you and not sitting in jail for the offences I have. You call Moore propaganda you sir are truely ignorant, showing you're the type that Bush could put a bullet in your family members heads and you would still praise him, and Bush is the one hiring actors to portray his B/S administration as actually doing a good job, he got busted, if Moore was propaganda don't you think the Republicans would have spent millions of our dollars trying to proove it, they can't because it's not. Window tint and noise are not driving like an idiot. You think because you are getting a piece of paper that says you know the law that you can tell me what cops can and can't do, buddy I have experience in court, got the practice defending myself and learned from the county magistrate I know a little about law too. Cops are required to turn their sirens when running stoplights, otherwise when they cause an accident they can have a good defense. Also in North Carolina the officer cannot write you with a ticket if they cannot show you the speed they clocked you doing. I drive based on my skill level, i'm not some soccer mom swerving in and out of lanes, I made one stupid mistake and it cost me my car. I have never injured anyone in a wreck, my driving has never even come close to harming another. You see you tell me I drive like a**, driving bad is someone who cuts people off and then slows down, or about running someone off the road because they didn't pay attention when switching lanes, I am an excellent driver and I know it ask easternpiro1 he's seen me drive I can hold my own and you can say it will catch up with me someday, I would like to see it try at the speed i'm going (j/k about the speed thing). Just because I get a lot of tickets doesn't mean i'm any worse it just means I got pulled by the officer that didn't get laid the night before.
