why was that thread locked? I mean yes that kid was retarded but you know, was it worth banning? People had some good stories... (sob) I thought I was in a community... (sob)

Charlotte doesn't worry much about being strapped for officers, I believe we have at least 140 on the clock at any given time, plus the State Troopers, Sheriffs Department, and DMV. A while back my dad had a guy come to his house and shoot at him, it took about 20-30 minutes from the time of the phone call for the cops to show up, and the sad thing is it was cops from the next town. My dad lives in a town called Marshville thirty minutes east of Charlotte, the police department consist of 4 cops, 1 detective, and a chief, after 11 pm we have one cop and that's it. When the cops fom the next town show up they find that our cop is still sitting at the police station taking a nap. Well i'm glad that the cops from the next town knew what they were doing, and the sad thing is i've never been in any trouble with them, not even the first ticket, and the speed limit there is 35 and they won't even drive that slow on a major highway. They know why the limit is so low and they won't mess with people unless someone's coming through their town doing 75 or something.
