Im trying to save as much money on car maintenence as possible and am just curious how difficult it is to do a cap and rotor replacement yourself. I have little under the hood know-how, so if its a somewhat big undertaking, I may steer clear. Anyone done this? Thanks.

one a scale on 1-5

it would definitly be a 1
there are 4 screws that hold your cap to the distributor..

and the cap just gets pulle straight off..

it would take you about 30.

make sure you have the ignition off.
