well kinda was thinking about doing this since my engine is about to die.. i just feeling it going to happen it soon.... doing the 3S-GE swap .. and then intalling the Ripp mods supercharger.. i think that would be a sick swap/install .... but doesn't look like i will be doing it anytime soon unless i get a way better job. ASAP ... but any way .. just wonder what ya'll think about this? here is a list of the what i would have had installed
3sge RippMods SC Custom ECM FMIC CUstom Gearbox Custom LSD CUstom Hi Tq axles remove AC *thats just a few things i was thinking about not a complet list over everthign needed ... -------------------- |

3sge has bad forced induction internals in my opinion compared to the 3sgte...its a big difference....i would get a 3sgte...taeke off the turbo and put on super charger

The 3S-GE has about the same internals as the 3S-GTE. Only the obvious exception is the pistons. Other than that they're practically the same. Oh and if you're going to go with the Ripp Mods S/C, make sure it bolts right up to the 3S-GE. The S/C was designed to bolt up to the 5S-FE, but there are some differences between the 5S-FE and the 3S-GE. The thing to look out for would be the intake manifold. The 3S-GE's intake manifold runs over the valve cover unlike the 5S-FE. So you would have to check to see if any modificationns need to be made.
