well i got the new setup dynoed. i mean its only a 10hp drop from last time BUT its a 30lbtq gain.
180hp 222tq. with HORRIBLE tuning. the safc can only do so much the stock ecu sucks ass.
the dyno guys told me to invest into stand alone and expect big numbers. they said mechanicly the car has potention. ps im on stock fuel pump and 7mge injectors looks liek thats all u need since u can tell im A$$ rich in the high end and lean in the begging. like i said it doesnt wanna listen to the safc. boo. so now looks like ill add stand alone.


crap jsut noticed u could see the a/f numbers. well the red line is 12 and the bottom is 10.1

what is that at the crank?
like 200hp and 245tq?

oh yeah old turbo dyno =13psi this new one =10 maybe thats the difference right there?
hey im not mad anymore. But still wanna do stand alone. suggestions? PLEASE lol. i know ur out there nik, pressure2, lagos, Dr tweaks lol. and anyone else lol.

You know ItchyB, I was thinking about what you said on the phone, and I think the FPR idea might do the trick. Then the computer won't freak out and retard the timing and then we can lean it out up top with the SAFC. For that matter, so would larger injectors.

I still think that there's another problem that's causing that retarding and misfiring down low though... and it's better for us to fix the cause of the probem rather than the symptom, if that makes sense. You need to get the thing up and and we'll trace the problem out.

By the way, how did you know that the timing was being retarded? (Besides the obvious)
