You know it's always possible that there could be an issue with the CC and PayPal that the buyer doesn't know about. But that should NOT leave the seller out in the cold.
The buyer should deal with this quickly; check with CC company and PayPal; send a Money Order to the seller if necessary. If there is a complaint about the product, why go about it this way?
