My friend just sent me this link and I think this thing is pretty interesting!

What I mean was.. to have one of those valve right next to the throttle body with a filter connected to it.. So when there is no boost. The valve will be open and the engine will suck air through the open valve and filter.
When boost starts... the valve closes and the presurized air is allowed in to the engine.
