I have just been ripped off from a internet fraud who live in California who stole my $343 from paypal. This fraud is also very active in this forum, AudiuOutXXX,
his name is DarryXX

IF anyone can help me to get the money back, I will give out 35% out of $343, which is about $120, to anyone successfully get this money back. PM if you want more information.

My summary:
1. on 27 APR, I sold a pair of JDM tail lights lights to a buyer (ebay item no. is 7969644154). the total price including shipping is $343

2. The buyer pay me on the same day 27 APR via paypal. He has confirmed address in paypal.

3. On 2 MAY, the buyer received the lights and leave me a positive eBay feedback

4. On 9 May, paypal sent me an email that they will start to investigate for this transaction towards unauthorised funds. Then I sent lots of information to Paypal to prove the buyer received the lights, and ALSO tracking information for these tail lights.

5. On 12 May, Paypal confirmed fund is authorised and reversed all the payment to this buyer.

6. 12-14 May, I continue to email to Paypal, but it didn't help. They just mention this is international shipping (from Hong Kong to US) which is unprotected. They never think of this is fraud. They never think of this is fraud.

Sorry but imo, 400 something bucks is not worth a lawsuit, especailly if you want a lawyer, and especailly if you live in different states. You can file a small claims suit against him and see what happens. Hopefully in the end you will just get the money. If you can get in contact with him, get his phone number and call.

its not about $400, its about the "stress" ebay has caused and now your unweary of using the internet to buy stuff, and you sue eBay for the trouble it has caused. Its just like marriage, you dont sue because they have your stuff, you sue for the aggony it has caused.

To live, is to suffer
To survive, thats to find meaning, in the suffering....
