just wondering, i have noticed that camry's come with a v6 but i also noticed that the camry was released with a 5sfe in it also that lays in the engine bay the same way that the engine sits in my celica. i was wondering if it is feasible to swap a v6 camry engine into a celica i figured it would work seeing as how one of the choice trannies for a 3sgte is a v6 camry tranny and that the stock tranny for a st204 fits also so i figure in theory that a v6 camry engine swap would work with my stock trany i guess i would just need mounts ecu and harness right? or would it be a more complicated swap than expected?

YOU MEAN A 2JZ WONT FIT SIDEWAYS UNDER MY HOOD?
I think a VR6 out of a jetta would not be to bad a swap, you can get some good power out of em, and there a good size, ment for FWD so your good as far as that goes. (any swap like thet is gana take some serous work dont get me rong) but yeah why go that far when a 3s is a ecelent fit and a great motor. -------------------- |
