I'm pretty much new to driving stick (learned a week ago), but something seems wrong when I'm crusing on the freeway on 5th gear. Is it normal for me to be getting around 3,000-3,200 RPM going around 60-65 mph? It just seems a little high compared to my now-scrapped automatic eclipse which got around mid 2,000's at those speeds.

well yea...in fourth you could actually get up to about 100 in fourth...it says the max speed per gear in the owner's manual and I believe the highest in fourth is about 100. thats relining it, tho...probably even going into redline a bit (6,5 or 7k) -------------------- Speeding is only Illegal...
