QUOTE(946thGenGT @ May 29, 2005 - 8:14 PM) QUOTE(lagos @ May 29, 2005 - 6:27 PM) ive had a 9800 pro for a while now. its a nice card, but lately ive been getting some artifcacts and a few crashes in some games. not really sure if its hardware or software related tho.... have to look into the issue some more. Sounds to me like a driver issue... try updating. Or your card could possibly be overheating (I'm assuming you're not overclocking it or anything?)... make sure the fan on the card is still operational. yeah, i check the fan on the card and cleaned off any dust build up. tried to fully clean out the drivers and reinstall new ones. next im going to try to boot off a spare xp drive to make sure there isint any wacky tweak in my current registry messing things up. other then that, i dont know. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
