Well, this is the link:

I can fit them using one of these adapters, but will it damage anything (I'm thinking, bearings,... As far as I could see, my celi could handle a 25mm spacer without the wheel sticking out the side. Spacers do not change the lug pattern.

I would never run them for that reason but its your car.
