Hello!
If you look at the picture I have this sort of wood interior (it's all stock but wannabe though, made out of plastic or whatnot). I rather want the interior pieces to be black (and hopefully not that cheap ass plastic). Can I just go to Toyota and order the pieces and then rip off those plastic pieces and replace with glue and new black pieces? (The old pieces are about to fall off in several locations also, so that's one on my reasons for getting new pieces). I might consider red pieces though, but probably not yet anyway. Need to get my seats converted to two color leather first (black and red). I guess some interior paint shop can paint those stock dark pieces red later, but for now I want to get rid of that wood crap and get stock black. Names, prices? Anyone done this? ![]() -------------------- ![]() |

They are all seperate pieces that snap or screw into place. If I were you, I would take them out, prime them and paint them flat black. It will save you lottsa $$. -------------------- QUOTE(lagos @ Jul 10, 2006 - 1:55 PM) i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this. |
