Guy's any one out there with a TRD spoiler want get me some detailed photos and give me some dimensions........
i need nice straight on shoot to show all the shape's please and how it mounts on the trunk ......... 'yes i have a plan, and yes it could be cheap!' Thanks for any help and photo's in advance -------------------- Life is for living, and you don't get a second chance Take care now !! |

Just to let you know, your hood keeps the front end down. In high speeds, that means there's nothing in the back to push the backend down. Hence the small spoiler. Big huge spoilers are useless, unless you have a RWD, and going insane amounts of speed. But in all cars, since hood acts to keep the front end down, because of the steering, little teeny spoiler is there to keep traction on the backend. You're looking at bit of traction loss on the turns and corners. On a high speed runs, spoiler is useless, unless that road you're doing the run has turns. But I do agree with some people. Since US Celica's are limited by gearing to 122MPH, I do agree that the spoiler is for show. Barely functional.
