 arm for throwout bearing/tranny, what is it? need asap for trans swap |

well my mechanic says i need the arm for my transmission that hooks up to the throwout bearing or something? says its like a foot long and has a fork at one end? anyone know what im talking about?

I think it is called the clutch fork or something like that.
