 Vibratin steering wheel???, HELP HELP HELP |

I have winter tires on the car right now, I will be changing them next week. The car runs and handles perfect below 60MPH. But when I get on the highway the damn steering wheel starts to vibrate like crazy. What do u think is wrong?

Thanks, I am gonna change the tires next week so I am gonna get balancing done too. it better fix the problem cuz I am getting sick of it.
Its not the brakes, I just changed the pads and it really smooth and nice when I brake. -------------------- <<AKA THA RUSSIAN>>
