Wiring Options

Well i'm just wanting to know if anyone on here knows alot about wiring on the 6g celica. i had a few problems with rats and well i pretty much had to get rid of my whole interior wire harness. so i am re-wiring everything. which isn't as bad as it sounds cuz alot i had to do anyways, the only thing left that will eed to be wired is the windows and locks, head lights and tail lights. blinkers, interior light, sunroof, blinkers, and well thats it as far as factory stuf goes, i have all new gauges so those had to be rewired anyway, and the lights all have new swithe locations so everything would have had to be moved anyway.


so my question is this, does any of that stuff have anything to do with the operation of the car, does anything on the interior fuse panel have something to do with the motor, and would it matter if i had a MR2 ecu anyway. also iknow that on a swap there are three plugs that need to be spliced into the 3sgte harness, what do these three things do and will the motor still function properly without them
