My car's automatic 7A. I want either the 4A-GZE and manual swap. OR 4A-GE 20V Silvertop automatic:-) I know the silvertop has a very high compression ratio. 10.5 i think. I wanted to turbo later on. Is it possible to lower the compression ratio of this motor? How hard is it to do and how do u do it? Thanks.

If you're allready swapping the motor it is 100X more easy to just swap to manual. The motor is allready out, so you can get where you need to be pretty easily, just add the third pedal, it is seriously much easier and more worthwhile in the longrun, especially if you use the e58 from a 4agze (lsd).

I wouldn't think a shop would charge that much to do the auto to manual swap in terms of putting the pedal in there, it was seriously the easiest thing I did w/ my swap.
