Despite several days of almost continuous rain, decided to go down to the Champion Dragway at Meremere anyway this morning. Man, was that start line like ice or what? First time I've ever managed to get the GT4 to spin its wheels in second gear! Very damp surface to add the the usually crap start line area anyway. No VHT laid down as the meet wasn't important enough
Not very good conditions for good times - especially with the car as is - ie, spare wheel/jack in boot, road tyres, etc.... its great to see what a real gt4 would run. i hope next time u can take it out on a dry day. its cool to know that a swaped 6th gen is about the same performace as a gt4.

Most of the high power ones (and the RWD cars too) were posting 16 - 18 second times.
