thinking of getting a pair of these. do any of you with them recomend them. is it necesarry to get an adjustable one or will a standard one do. is it only the rear that needs uprating or is it best to do both. are these thicker than the standard ones??? cheers

Oh the 2 holes, that doesnt seem like to much of an adjustment.

The holes nearest the ends are for the softer setting. The warning in the instructions scared me about unwanted oversteer on the firm setting so I just went with the soft setting.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
